Inspired by the personal development & restorative nature of yoga, Sara found her need for the balance yoga offers after experiencing side effects from years of soccer, circuit training & bodybuilding. Sara appreciates the growth experienced on & off her mat & hopes to guide students deeper into their own relationship with themselves throughout a challenging yet accessible practice. In each class you will experience a thoughtful intention & playlist to encourage awareness, healing & strength as well as an option for gentle assists to elevate your practice.
