Classic 90

90 minute class consisting of 26 postures and two breathing exercises; done twice. The room is heated to 105° with 40% humidity.

Flow

This 60 minute class is suitable for beginners. Intro to Flow is an introduction to the practice of Vinyasa (linking breath to movement). In this class students will gain a deeper understanding of how their breath is used with in each posture. Come to this class to learn the fundamentals of vinyasa. This class is warmed to 90 degrees without humidity.

Sculpt

This 60 minute class is suitable for all levels. It is a total body workout to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. The addition of hand held weights enables you to build lean muscle mass, improve balance and boost metabolism – even while resting! This class is heated to 90-95 degrees.

Classic 60

This class has the same sequence of 26 Bikram postures and breathing exercises, but only some are done twice. Class is only 60 minutes long and is great for beginners or students who have less time.

Hot Fusion 60

Hot Fusion is the best of all yoga worlds. Class is done in our hot yoga studio with the temperature at 105 degrees and 40% humidity. The fusion is all 26 Classic Hatha postures with Vinyasa and Ashtanga postures mixed in. This 60 minute class is amazing and suited for all levels of abilities. Beginners welcome.

Restorative

Restorative yoga is a gentle and slow moving form of yoga that seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props (blocks and straps – provided). This added support allows students to delve deeper into more passive poses for long periods of time for deep tissue and ligament stretching. The room is warmed to 85 degrees.

Ashtanga

Ashtanga Yoga is a system of Yoga popularized by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in the city of Mysore, South India. Ashtanga translates to mean “8 limbs” in Sanskrit. It is a dynamic method of choreographed sequences of postures linked with breath and concentration techniques that aim to give practical experience of the 8-limbed method. This format is suited for all levels. Heated in a room at 85-90 degrees.

Hot Power Flow

This fitness based vinyasa class will help students link mindful breath with a vigorous flow. This is a power yoga class to help build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. It is a 60 minute practice in a room heated to 90-95 degrees.

Intro to Flow

Intro to Flow is a beginner friendly vinyasa based class inspired by the Ashtanga primary series. It is a great way to get familiar with the breath to movement style of yoga set to a slower pace. Suitable for all skill levels. This is a 75 minute class in a room heated to 90 degrees.

Hot Foundations

Hot Foundations was created by Master Yogi Katite Gumucio. The series is called “Hot Foundations” This is a beginner friendly series for all levels of students that utilizes the “hot yoga” methodology, emphasizing breath and movement. It is based loosely on the Classic 26-2 Hatha postures but expanded to include Sixty postures with Three breathing practices and Surya Namaskara version C as the warm up and Ashtanga closing series as the wind down. Postures like “Bound Side Angle,” “Intense Side Stretch,” “Cow Face,” “Bridge, Wheel, Plow,” Shoulderstand” and Fingerstand” are introduced to improve balance, stamina, flexibility, strength, concentration, awareness and self confidence.

Prenatal

Prenatal Yoga classes are designed to support a mother’s changing body and her growing baby throughout all the stages of pregnancy. Students can begin this practice immediately upon finding out about pregnancy and may continue this practice until birth. Practiced in a NON HEATED room the class is focused on alignment using bolsters and props for safety and support.
