Hot Fusion

This class blends the Classic 26/2 sequence with some Ashtanga postures. You will link your breath to your movements throughout this class creating internal heat. This practice builds strength, improves balance, increases flexibility, and detoxifies your body. This is a 60-minute class, practiced in a room heated to 105° F with 40% humidity.

Classic 60

This is a condensed form of our Classic 90. It follows the same 26/2 (Bikram style) set sequence of 26 asanas (postures) and 2 pranayamas (breathing exercises), but some of the postures are only practiced once. It provides all the same benefits as the Classic 90 but is great for beginners or the busy Yogi who loves the Classic sequence but wants a shorter class. This is a 60-minute class practiced in a room heated to 105° F with 40% humidity.

Classic 90

This is your Classic 26/2 Hot Yoga (Bikram style) class. It is a set sequence of 26 asanas (postures) and 2 pranayamas (breathing exercises). The entire sequence is done twice. It is designed to scientifically warm and stretch your muscles, ligaments, and tendons in the order that is most beneficial to the body. The physical benefits of this series include: detoxifying the body, increasing oxygen supply to the body and brain, increasing flexibility, muscle strength, stamina, and balance. In addition to the physical benefits, this series cultivates self-control, determination, concentration, and patience. This is a 90-minute class practiced in a room heated to 105° F with 40% humidity.

Vinyasa Flow

A fluid, breath-driven practice that invites you to move with purpose and presence. This medium-paced, all-levels class explores the art of seamlessly linking movement and breath, creating a moving meditation that strengthens the body and calms the mind. Expect a dynamic flow that enhances flexibility, balance, and full-body strength, all while grounding you in mindfulness. With a comfortably heated room (95°–100°F) and space for personal modifications, this 60-minute class meets you exactly where you are—challenging you when you’re ready, and supporting you when you need it.

Power Flow

Fiery, grounding, and unapologetically strong—this class brings the heat and then some. With a focus on deliberate, intentional movement, you’ll flow through sequences that challenge your stamina and deepen your connection to strength, alignment, and breath. Expect longer holds, powerful transitions, and a practice that will leave you feeling both steady and invigorated. (94-100 degrees)

Candlelit Yoga

A calming, meditative practice set in a softly lit room with medium heat, creating the perfect atmosphere for deep relaxation. This soothing class blends gentle, flowing movements with long, restorative stretches and intentional breathing techniques. It’s an opportunity to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body and mind in a peaceful setting. (84-90 degrees)

Sculpt

A full-body strength training workout designed to push your limits and build resilience. Using a combination of dumbbells, dynamic cardio bursts, and focused core work, this class delivers a challenging and energizing experience. You’ll leave feeling strong, empowered, and ready to take on whatever comes next. (90-95 degrees with no added humidity)

Fit Flow

An energizing blend of strength and yoga designed to challenge your body and uplift your spirit. This total-body workout fuses high-energy yoga sculpt movements with weight training, offering a dynamic flow that builds endurance, tones muscles, and boosts confidence. Led by instructors with expertise in anatomy and biomechanics, each session is carefully crafted to help you move smarter and feel stronger—both on and off the mat. (85-90 degrees with no added humidity.)

Ashtanga

A dynamic, disciplined practice rooted in tradition, Ashtanga follows a structured sequence of postures performed in a set order. With an emphasis on breath control, internal heat, strength, and flexibility, this class guides you through standing and seated poses designed to connect breath to movement. It’s a transformative, full-body experience that cultivates focus, endurance, and inner stillness. (No-heat)

Community Flow

A free, beginner-friendly class that welcomes both members and non-members to explore yoga in a supportive and inclusive space. Set in a room with minimal heat (around 80-85 degrees), this class is perfect for those just starting out or anyone looking for a gentler flow. Come as you are, connect with others, and enjoy the benefits of movement and mindfulness together.
