Kassandra has 40 years in the Beauty Industry as a Cosmetologist/Barber Stylist. 25 years of creating magic behind the chair and 15 years in Education. She loves improving the quality of self-love. When you look good, you feel good. It’s funny how that works. Her focus has always been on beauty, health, and well-being of her clients, community, and family. She shows devotion and dedication in all she does. Married for 27 years to her first love, this union has created two handsome young men. Sports played a large role in their lives. Playing sports year-round from little league right into semi-pro in football and wrestling. Her childhood included activity from gymnastics, cheerleading, and softball. A fit body is a fit mind. Stay in motion. Kassandra discovered her greatness and became a certified RYT 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Instructor in 2016. A life training of self-awareness and growth. Special workshops include Alignment, Assisting, and Yoga Anatomy. Plus Ayurvedic Health Care. As a Yoga Teacher Kassandra’s mission will be to help her students minimize illnesses and reduce the risk of injuries while releasing physical and mental tension, in mind & body. Classes are designed to increase flexibility and strength and productivity while inspiring, motivating and encouraging growth. Discovering ones Greatness for a Renewed Life! Adding Yoga to her lifestyle 25 years ago has been a game changer. Helping with self-esteem and mindful behavior and inner peace. Adding strength and flexibility to her workout. Lifestyle changes in food selections are key to a healthy diet, as she has been a yo-yo diet type of girl. As some of you may be able to relate to. As the body ages, this becomes more of an issue CLEAN EATING IS KEY! She started yoga at home for many years before joining a studio. There is power in numbers. Joining a Studio 10 years ago has expanded her training to include- Hot Yoga, Yin/Restorative, Vinyasa Flow and Hybrid. Special love for kids and yoga, the younger the better.
