I have been a yoga student since 2014, but received my RYT-200 in 2021. I teach Hatha, Yin, Hot, Restore; anything that’ll balance out your mind, body, and spirit within the practice! I love to try new things and push my limits on the mat. My passion with teaching is rooted in the connection I have with students. When I’m not in the studio, I’m out on a hike, reading a good book, or eating great food.
