Intro to Headstand (Sirsasana)

In this workshop we will explore;
The unique things that occur in the body when it turns upside down.
The actions of the arms necessary to do a headstand.
Our fear of falling and how to properly roll out of headstand if need be.
Poses that increase strength in the upper extremities, back, abdomen, and torso, and poses that increase hip flexibility, with the goal of moving into headstand with greater ease.
