Come join Kalaka for this 5 part meditation workshop on Saturday, September 25th 1-3PM
In this workshop Kalaka will guide you through a short physical practice to prepare the body for meditation, following with a pranayama/pratyahara practice to further prepare the mind for a guided meditation that will take you into a deep state of relaxation. Once you are deeply relaxed, Kalaka will take you on a deeply healing drum journey. We will conclude the workshop with an open conversation integration session.
Bring your yoga mat and dress for a physical practice.
