90 minute class consisting of 26 postures and two breathing exercises; done twice. The room is heated to 105° with 40% humidity.

Intro to Flow

This 60 minute class is suitable for beginners. Intro to Flow is an introduction to the practice of Vinyasa (linking breath to movement). In this class students will gain a deeper understanding of how their breath is used with in each posture. Come to this class to learn the fundamentals of vinyasa.
This class is warmed to 90 degrees without humidity.


This 60 minute class is suitable for all levels. It is a total body workout to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. The addition of hand held weights enables you to build lean muscle mass, improve balance and boost metabolism – even while resting! This class is heated to 90-95 degrees.

Classic 60

This class has the same sequence of 26 Bikram postures and breathing exercises, but only some are done twice. Class is only 60 minutes long and is great for beginners or students who have less time.

Hot Fusion 60

Hot Fusion is the best of all yoga worlds. Class is done in our hot yoga studio with the temperature at 105 degrees and 40% humidity. The fusion is all 26 Classic Hatha postures with Vinyasa and Ashtanga postures mixed in. This 60 minute class is amazing and suited for all levels of abilities. Beginners welcome.
