CLASSIC 60

This is a condensed form of our Classic 90. It follows the same 26/2 (Bikram style) set sequence of 26 asanas (postures) and 2 pranayamas (breathing exercises), but some of the postures are only practiced once. It provides all the same benefits as the Classic 90 but is great for beginners or the busy Yogi who loves the Classic sequence but wants a shorter class. This is a 60-minute class practiced in a room heated to 105° F with 40% humidity.

CLASSIC 90

This is your Classic 26/2 Hot Yoga (Bikram style) class. It is a set sequence of 26 asanas (postures) and 2 pranayamas (breathing exercises). The entire sequence is done twice. It is designed to scientifically warm and stretch your muscles, ligaments, and tendons in the order that is most beneficial to the body. The physical benefits of this series include: detoxifying the body, increasing oxygen supply to the body and brain, increasing flexibility, muscle strength, stamina, and balance. In addition to the physical benefits, this series cultivates self-control, determination, concentration, and patience. This is a 90-minute class practiced in a room heated to 105° F with 40% humidity.

HOT FUSION 60

This class blends the Classic 26/2 sequence with some Ashtanga postures. You will link your breath to your movements throughout this class creating internal heat.  This practice builds strength, improves balance, increases flexibility, and detoxifies your body. This is a 60-minute class, practiced in a room heated to 105° F with 40% humidity.

SCULPT

A calorie scorching, total body workout with light hand weights. Sculpt will do just what the name implies:.you will sculpt your body, build lean muscle, and get a great cardio workout in. This is a high-intensity class with upbeat music- be prepared to sweat, and have some fun! This is a 60-minute class, practiced in a room heated to 95° F with no added humidity.

POWERFLOW

Building on the foundations of our other Vinyasa classes this class moves a little quicker through slightly more complex sequences and will include some intermediate & advanced options for arm balances and inversions. This class will lead you through a unique strengthening & lengthening flow with opportunities to explore some progressive concepts of the yoga practice. Vinyasa 2 is designed to advance and refine your body’s strength, balance, and flexibility. Some regular experience with both Vinyasa Basics and Vinyasa 1 classes are encouraged prior to taking Vinyasa 2. Modifications and variations are always encouraged to support individual needs and varying experience levels. This is a 60-minute class, practiced in a room heated to 95°-100°F.

VINYASA FLOW

This medium paced ‘All Levels’ class is designed to practice the art of linking your breath and movement with intention. This practice will increase your strength, balance, and flexibility, and will leave you feeling calm and centered. Modifications and variations are encouraged to support individual needs and experience levels. This is a 60 minute class, practiced in a room warmed to 95°-100°F.

FLOW BASICS

This class is designed as an introduction to Vinyasa yoga. If you are new to Vinyasa flow style yoga this is the class for you. Class is slower paced than our Vinyasa 1 & 2 classes and focuses on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. All ‘Basics’ classes will have clear instructions for learning & refining how to properly warm-up and safely practice sun salutations, balancing poses and breath work. Come to learn, play, and sweat a little in a supportive environment. All bodies are welcome. This is a 60-minute class, practiced in a room warmed to 95-100°F.

KUNDALINI YOGA

This is a 90-minute kundalini practice. This class incorporates movement to warm the body and prepare you for deep meditation, dynamic breathing techniques, mudras, and the chanting of mantras, such as Sat Nam, meaning “truth is my identity.” ending the class in deep relaxation with a symphonic gong. The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness and help teach the art of self-healing, and elevation. This practice releases tension from the inner organs, nerves, and glands, and creates internal biochemistry of calm, inner balance, and depth of self. No previous experience required. Room is heated to 80-85° F
