Our Bodies are amazing self healing machines. WE move them and they become stronger, we rest them and they rebuild. When we eat properly we give them the nutrients they need to regenerate cells and create energy. When we do all these things and our outer body bodies stop feeling good or stop responding to the way we planned, then we need to do a little something extra. We will be sharing techniques that you can use on your own to help your body feel it’s best. They will be a variety of massage tools for you to try and to get your trouble areas comfortably.

Ben has become a Master of ART (Active Release Technique) and sports massage. He has a vast knowledge about healing the body and also the proper movement of the body to prevent injury. His passion is for keeping people moving and helping people get moving again.
Candi is a massage therapist specializing in pre and post surgery, specific injury, sports massage and scare tissue work. As the recipient of the 2017 “Best of Chico Massage Therapist” She continues to expand the amount of clients she can hep by training other massage therapists in the art of assessment, therapeutic massage techniques and how to work with unique cases and specific injuries.
